1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rangeviewr (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

rangeviewr is an educational software product for learning poker theory and training decision-making skills.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian for educational purposes.

4. Accounts & Access

• Personal use only. Sharing your account with others is not permitted.
• One account per person and per email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. The following is not permitted:

• Reselling, renting, sublicensing or otherwise transferring access to the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or scraping the Service.
• Using the Service for fraud, illegal activities or to harm other users or third parties.

6. User Content

What you create in rangeviewr (ranges, grids, charts) remains yours. Share it for free only — keep rangeviewr branding and link when sharing outside the app.

Service IP

The Service itself (including code, design, UI and related materials) is and remains the intellectual property of Neyret Alexandre. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Educational Purpose. The Service is an educational tool. We do not guarantee winnings, financial results or any particular outcome.

"As Is". The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyret Alexandre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for deletion and data retention details). Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends automatically.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
